Har Budhvar GST VAR

• हर बुधवार – GST वार is NACIN Bhopal’s flagship weekly programme dedicated to addressing contemporary issues under GST. Conducted every Wednesday, the programme features renowned experts from across India who deliver focused sessions on GST topics, often aligned with the practical challenges faced by field formations.
• The initiative witnessed overwhelming participation from both Central and State tax officers. What began as a modest programme with around 40 officers soon grew into one of the most popular training platforms within CBIC, with attendance crossing 917 officers on certain occasions.
• Over the years, हर बुधवार – GST वार has evolved into the longest-running continuous training programme for CBIC officers in India. As the programme expanded in reach and impact, several important milestones were achieved along the way.
• A significant early milestone was the 125th episode, which was honoured by the presence of Shri Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, then Chairman, CBIC, who delivered the opening remarks. The initiative has also received institutional recognition, having been featured twice in the weekly newsletter of the Chairman, CBIC.

MANTHAN

• MANTHAN is a monthly training programme that covers a wide range of contemporary and interdisciplinary topics such as Revival of the Indian Economy after the Pandemic, Cyber Crimes, Wildlife Conservation, Crypto currency, NPS & UPS, Women Empowerment, Indian Knowledge System, GeM& e-Office, and the use of AI tools in data analysis. These themes are discussed in depth, and eminent speakers with expertise in the respective domains are invited to share their knowledge and insights.

SANTULAN

• This outreach program aims to educate trade and industry about GST related issues. Since trade and industry are key stakeholders in tax collection, raising their awareness about GST is an important part of the program.

BHAGIDAR

• This is out Outreach programme to educate trade and industry on the issues of GST. Trade & Industry are important stakeholders in tax collection and hence, sensitizing them about GST issues is important part of this programme.

Kaun Banega Champion of GST (KBC)

• An innovative interactive flagship initiative by NACIN, ZC, Bhopal designed as a monthly quiz covering important and contemporary GST topics, KBC aims to promote continuous learning in an interactive and engaging manner. The quiz will be circulated in MCQ format every month through a Google form, and the winners will be felicitated with a NACIN memento.
• The initiative has already witnessed the successful completion of 15 episodes and is currently running its 16 th edition, receiving encouraging participation and appreciation.

Kalamanch

• Kalamunch is a celebration of the diverse art forms that enrich our community, promoting a culture that values and encourages creativity. It is dedicated to supporting artistic talent and provides a lively platform for showcasing the talents within our department. The program was launched on 17th August 2023 with a music and poetry festival by the Sapthak Fine Arts & Society Group from Bhopal. The most recent event took place on 08.10.2025

AAROH

• AAROH represents the spirit of adventure and teamwork, creating unforgettable experiences for our vibrant communities. It is the adventure club of NACIN ZC Bhopal, providing a platform for exciting adventure activities that also blends in the Indian Knowledge System(IKS) with tours to nearby heritage points. Tours such as visits to Sanchi Stupa, Udaigiri Caves, Bhimbetka, are organized to study temple architecture, sculpture (Shilpa Shastra), and history, as part of specialized IKS, AIHC (Ancient Indian History and Culture), or archaeology curriculum.Also, the club performed several trekking adventures in the lush forests of Satpura National Park.
• NARCO TALKS This flagship fortnightly program provides practical insights into NDPS law, investigation techniques, emerging NARCO trafficking trends, precursor control, and inter-agency coordination. It features subject experts from CBIC, NCB, CBN, Cyber Police, and leading forensic institutions. The first session, held on 11.11.2025 and delivered by the Narcotics Commissioner of India, received an overwhelming response, with around 600 participants attending.
• CUSTOMS CAPSULES is a structured fortnightly training initiative designed for officers posted, or newly posted in Customs formations. As Bhopal Zone is landlocked and offers limited exposure to practical Customs operations, the program aims to equip officers with essential knowledge of Customs law, procedures, and compliance requirements.
